Each individual may register and maintain only one active 888e account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 888e reserves the right to:

The 888e welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new members making their first deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts constitutes a breach of the One Account Policy in Section 2.3.
888e actively monitors bonus activity. Patterns of play that, in 888e's reasonable judgement, constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine engagement — may result in the cancellation of the bonus balance and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

In-play (live) betting markets on 888e are subject to suspension and reopening at the discretion of the trading team. Bets placed during a suspension window will be void. Odds displayed during live betting are subject to rapid change; once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the 888e system, the odds are locked for that transaction.
888e reserves the right to void any sports bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, including odds resulting from data feed errors, human error, or technical malfunction. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned to the player's 888e account balance.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all 888e sports markets. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and may vary by sport, market type, and event. Winnings exceeding published limits will be paid to the limit amount only.

888e reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:
You may close your 888e account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled at standard odds, bonus balances will be forfeited, and remaining real-money balances will be refunded to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.
An 888e account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 888e may deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant account balances as published in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after the dormancy period.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888e holds its international gaming licence.
